Cancellation Policy

Booking: A card on file is required for booking, which can be used as a form of payment for scheduled appointments. Deposits are required for all NEW clients, full sets, lash lift and tints and facials.Deposits are non refundable. Deposits can be transferred 1 ONE TIME before a new deposit is required. All appointments are booked on shixobeauty.glossgenius.com Cancellations: All cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Any cancellations made past the required 72 hours will result in a charge of 25 % service fee. Appointments canceled 48 hours before scheduled appointment time results in a 50% cancellation fee. Same day cancellations result in 75% service fee. NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED 95% OF SERVICE BOOKED AND DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED . After ONE no show cancellation and repeated last minute cancellations future bookings will require 100% of the appointment cost paid upon appointment request. Arrival: Please arrive on time, if you are running late please contact Shianne at (243)-294-9151. We understand things happen so there is a 10 minute grace period for your appointment if needed. There will be a $15 late fee after the 10 minute grace period. If the 10 minute grace period is passed you may be asked to reschedule the appointment and the card on file will be charged with a 75% service fee. (See Cancellation Policy). New Clients : Please arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment to fill out a consent form. No foreign fills, for multiple reasons there will be no fills over lashes done by another artist, new clients must book lash removal and full set if you currently have lashes on. Refunds: NO REFUNDS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you are unsatisfied with your service please contact Shianne (234)-294-9151) within 48 hours to resolve any issues or concerns. We are not responsible for any possible allergic reactions and a refund will NOT be issued. At Appointment: No Extra Guest. Please silence cell phones to ensure all attention will be focused on your service. Please use the restroom prior to or at arrival to appointment, services can take 1-3 hours for completion. Please avoid coffee/caffeine prior to your appointment to minimize lash and eye fluttering. Lash baths are provided complimentary with every lash service. If you arrive with excessively dirty lashes that require more extensive time and product you will be charged a $10 cleaning fee. Fill Policy: 1 week fill(7days) - Mini touch up - (minimum 65% of set still remaining) Anything over SEVEN (7) DAYS is considered a 2 week fill . 2 week fill(14 days) - Regular fill- (minimum 50% of set still remaining) Anything over FOURTEEN (14) DAYS is considered a 3 week fill. 3 week fill(21 days)- Large Fill- (minimum 35/40% of set still remaining) Anything over TWENTY ONE (21) DAYS will be considered a full set and will require corresponding booking. Services will be priced accordingly at checkout . Out of hours : Any appointment booked out of hours will have a $20 “After hour fee” applied to total pricing. Discounts: Coupons must be presented at checkout. $20 is the maximum discount allowed per service.
